I am so glad I found your website while searching for a solution to my cat pee nightmares. Not only is your product support excellent your KO odor eliminator worked just like you said it would and your KO pet spot and stain remover took out all of the old cat pee stains in my carpeting and furniture. In the parking ramp where I work there is some homeless people that sleep in it when the weather gets chilly. Well they urinate all over the walls and it soaks into the concrete, after a while it gets to be an unbearable stench. Nothing worked. We tried many different products to get rid of the smell and that urine stench would keep coming back :(
I emailed The Odor Doctor about this odor problem and he promised me his KO Odor Eliminator would work and he even told me how to treat the walls with his product. I am absolutely amazed! KO odor eliminator got rid of the smell completely . At first there was a little smell but when the concrete dried the smell was gone. We had been trying to get rid of that stench for over a year and KO odor eliminator took a couple of hours. I’m convinced.

I am a temporary boarder for stray animals in my area and keep them until I can get them into another home or a no kill shelter. Currently I have 4 dogs and 5 cats. 2 dogs and 1 cat are in my home all the time because they live here. With having that many animals it is hard to keep the smells down. Everything I have tried either doesn’t work and just has some smell that covers the odors up. Most of the time you can still smell the stink right through the air freshener. Someone had recommended I try KO Odor Eliminator in one of the online pet forums. I’m sold ! Now I will gladly pass on the same recommendation. You can’t even tell I have animals in my house anymore, all of the smells are gone. Got rid of the odors in all of our furniture, carpeting, holding cages, litter box area, everywhere. I used the pet spot and stain formula on all the urine and poopy stains and it took it right out. I actually ended up renting a steam cleaner because everywhere I used the stain remover the area was so clean it looked funny. I pre treated all the spots with the stain remover and then added the odor eliminator to the tank. Those instructions on your site worked perfectly . Thank you for such a great product.

KO Odor Eliminator was recommended in a local newspaper household tips column so I decided to give it a try since it was so highly thought of. I am glad i did. I have been trying to get rid of the cat urine smell in my leather couch and chair. My cat was very sick and had urninary control problems so you can imagine the dilema I have had to deal with. I purchased a leather jacket off of ebay and after opening the package I noticed that it had a strong cigarette smell coming from the lining and the leather itself. I found your site in one of the search engines when I was trying to find something to take the smell out. I ordered a bottle of your KO Odor eliminator spray and after spraying the inside lining down a second time and letting it dry you couldn’t smell the cigarette odor at all. It was like having a new leather jacket. I was very impressed with KO.
